Paul was great! He communicated with me throughout the process, and made sure I liked the mockup of the engraving before starting the engraving process. He even expedited the shipping when there was a problem that delayed the original delivery date. I love my ring and it’s even better than what I imagined :) 10/10 would recommend!!
